RETURN POLICY
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Due to the availability of burning CD’s returns will be accepted by following these terms:
- If the product will not work on your computer or if the product is defective, you may return it to us for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Before purchasing a product, please make certain it is compatible with your computer.
- All products are covered by manufacture’s warranty. If your selection has a defect, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date . Defective products will be replaced when the defective product has been received. Educational Software Express For Children will replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of the invoice date with all original packaging. Please include the Order Number, the name of the order, the product name you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets, and pamphlets, and any other material that accompanied the package in new condition and free of any markings or damage. Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, and a detailed description of the problem.
- If the product is damaged when received, please contact us and a return label will be sent to you and you can return the product at no cost to you. If when you receive the product it is not what you want, the return shipping cost will be paid by you.

Technical support is provided by the Manufacturer and/or Publisher of the Software Title. Please refer to the telephone number and address located on each individual title. Most products include documentations with instructions to run the Software. Please read all the information provided carefully and thoroughly then contact the Manufacturer directly before contacting Educational Software Express For Children.com. If the Title proves to be unreadable after following all the steps provided, please contact us by our email to receive a return label. Please follow our Return Policy.
